Huawei has recently been recognized as the 2022 Gartner Peer Insights Consumer Choice for WAN Edge Infrastructure. This is the third time in a row that the company has achieved this recognition. Huawei has the honor of being included in the 'Customer Choice' list in three sections of the SD-WAN Voice of the Customer Report. The categories are: Midsize Enterprise, Asia / Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
As of December 31 last year, customers in various industries such as finance, manufacturing and services have reviewed WAN Edge infrastructure products and solutions from various vendors in terms of overall product functionality, deployment, O&M and service delivery. According to a report by Voice of the Customer, Huawei SD-WAN received a total of 102 reviews and received an overall 4.9 / 5 star rating from customers in various sectors around the world.
For the first time, IT research and consulting firm Gartner has categorized WAN Edge infrastructure vendors into four categories based on user interest, adoption and overall ratings. In the case of Willingness to Recommend, Huawei scored 100% and had the distinction of having the highest overall score of 4.9 / 5 star.
